Do me a favor, put your phone down and go tell your partner, kids or whoever needs to hear it that you love them. Don't wait till later. Do it now. Call them. Hug them. Life can be over in a literal heartbeat 💓.
Consistent strength training. Hands down.

I'm probably privileged with less harsh winter conditions, but I can't fathom running on the treadmill. I can count the runs I did on a treadmill with two hands (2x performance tests, 3x too dangerous to run outside, 1x ferry) #teamoutside
First ever treadmill run today as I treated myself to an early Xmas/birthday present.
Definitely a new experience to get used too but will come in handy in the up coming winter months 🙂🏃

Ohhhhh, so tempting. Alas, my FR255 is doing just fine.
It's out! The complete list of Garmin deals for the 2025 holidays. The Fenix 8 at $250 off, the Forerunner's on sale, inReach Mini 2 is down to $249, and tons more deals. Here's my full analysis of what to buy, what to know, and what to skip: www.dcrainmaker.com/2025/11/garm...

Where's the men's 100m in that list? Doesn't make a lot of sense...

Every new watch, be it Garmin, Suunto, Polar, or Coros, makes me want to have it; before I click the "Buy" button, I think about lifestyle inflation and look at my #Garmin FR255. It's old, but it does what I want it to do, and it even still gets software updates.

PSA: tips to protect yourself from scams on Signal.

Every major comms platform has to contend w phishing, impersonation, & scams. Sadly.

Signal is major, and as we've grown we've heard about more of these attacks--scammy people pretending to be something or someone to trick and abuse others. 1/

Throwback to 12 years ago 🏈 . Meanwhile, the #Chargers have moved to Los Angeles, but why, yes, I am still a Chargers fan. Ahead of today's game against the #Steelers, I figured it might be worth a read for those who want to get to know me better. #nfl

And here I was hoping you would write the review for "On Writing Well" already, @srgower.com. Coincidentally (or not, because I cannot for the life of me remember how this book got suggested to me) I started reading it yesterday.
