I was wondering how Jack Smith was gong to handle the appeal of the documents case (still on for Nauta and DeOliveira) since he was resigning before January 20th. Turns out he's handing it off to the US Atty in Florida. Let's see if Donald orders the US Atty to drop it once he's in office.
