Good news! The Supreme Court declined to consider a challenge to its landmark 2015 decision recognizing a constitutional right to same-sex marriage. Marriage is still marriage no matter who you are or who you love.

Senate Dems offered a compromise. Extend the ACA subsidies for 1 year and we’ll vote to reopen the government. The GOP said NO WAY. So now the Dems are going to take a so-called, meaningless promise for a vote on the ACA instead? Are they nuts? Do. Not. Cave.

We’ve learned a very important lesson today. Prosecutors may be able to indict a ham sandwich, but they can’t necessarily convict one…even a Subway.
