I spent most of last year losing 70 pounds- at first to avoid getting diabetes, and then to finally feel good about myself.

I’m now in the best shape I’ve been in in 20 years.

It feels good, but I have not healed my relationship with food. I’m just white-knuckling my way through this.

Help! I just start reading Onyx Storm, and I’ve forgotten so much. Can someone recap the first two books real quick?

my theater’s community has been Facebook-based for like 15 years.

how do we convince people to move elsewhere? We’ve been trying to get a discord server going for years, but it just doesn’t stick.

It's that time again, where I decide if I keep riding this wave of productivity and possibly wreck my energy for tomorrow, or if I go to sleep in the hopes that I'll wake up and still be in this productive headspace.

Today’s run training for a half marathon in a few weeks.

Not the world’s fastest pace, but an improvement for me! Plus, I had my dog Flip with me. He mostly walked briskly while I jogged.

It won't be out for years, but I really hope the timing and money work out so the Rivian R3X can be my next car and first EV.

This dog is very concerned that we haven’t been on a walk yet. We normally go first thing in the morning, but it’s freaking cold so I’m waiting till it gets warmer
