No because the provisions that, unlike IEEPA, actually authorize the President to impose tariffs are narrow in scope and require that certain steps be taken in advance. He wants a tariff button he can push at any time and that isn’t a real thing under existing law.

The thing with annoying skeptics is they never reach the answer of their question. They just doubt without ever looking and asking and then, once they find the answer, accepting it.

An EO means fuck all. Article 1, Section 4 states that congress must make the laws, and even then, states are still in charge. Until I see a bill its hot air.

I know everything is a nightmare shitshow today but the five year old went to his first tae kwon do class today after a couple of “I’m too shy” false starts and he had a great time and he’s so proud of himself and I am so proud of him too

I did make one and i will defend it, which is "this is an insanely unpopular thing to do going into an election year, which will hurt the GOP's chances." But its one more tally mark on the board, not the whole thing

I like to believe i spend a good amount of time learning a lot of skills for fun and work, every prompt engineering course seems to be extremely simple to learn. its trial and error + asking for tips. I think its better to learn skills without ai, and then use it, then spend time "learning" to us ai
