So very encouraging that these #parrots have been returned to the #DRC and to hear clearly that the traffickers will be brought to justice. Sustained action is needed to address the large scale trafficking of #Greyparrots.

This morning over 100 African Grey parrots arrived in Kindu, central #DRC, following repatriation from #Turkey. These endangered #parrots were seized on a #TurkishAirlines flight in August. Their return is down to a hugely impressive effort by many organisations & individuals. Congrats to all 👏👏👏
