We need an updated, bolder ambition to accelerate service transformation in Scotland. #digitalscotland24 #ds24 was a good platform for that discussion of where digital comes in. Here are some ideas for the next Scottish Government digital strategy rossferg.medium.com/the-next-sco...
Appreciated lived wisdom from @tumshie.bsky.social at DigitalScotland that no matter how limited your resources, you can still have a progressive digital agenda. Support good ppl, hold agile as a set of principles, prove you can deliver. It's a 'small, boring, impactful' strategy for transformation.
