Walked through Nottingham's green space near the library today. Peaceful, clean, relaxed, and the green space was too. Lots of people sitting about doing nothing much or eating their lunch. The prophets of doom will be disappointed.

On Monday our instagram account was hacked and then deleted. We received a ransom note to recover it; obviously we couldn't and wouldn't pay, and therefore lost thousands of followers. Meta support was useless. But we're BACK with a new account: @littletollerbooks. Can you follow us there and share?

There are no words that sufficiently describe this level of cruelty and sadism.

At tonight's well attended Five Leaves Bookshop lecture on the film Chinatown by Michael Eaton, there were two people who had never seen the film. Naturally both of us work at the bookshop. Pretty sure both of us will be going next time it's on at Broadway. Not just out of shame.
