The Mike Tyson fight was really disappointing. Mike trained hard. I know what training looks like. He was ready. Something happened between training and the ring and it wasn't his age.

Pizza puffs can look like anything as long as they taste great.
Made ugly pizza rolls - puff pastry, tomato sauce, pesto, mozzarella, cheddar, ham.
Roll up, slice, egg-wash, bung in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 mins till pastry is golden and the cheese oozes out the sides. Job done.
*Great* cold, even better straight out the oven, risking a burnt mouth 👌
