Pizza puffs can look like anything as long as they taste great.
Made ugly pizza rolls - puff pastry, tomato sauce, pesto, mozzarella, cheddar, ham.
Roll up, slice, egg-wash, bung in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 mins till pastry is golden and the cheese oozes out the sides. Job done.
*Great* cold, even better straight out the oven, risking a burnt mouth 👌
