A couple hundred Roseville residents gathered for a vigil in front of City Hall at the corner of Lexington Ave and County Rd C tonight at 7:00 in honor of Alex Pretti who was killed by ICE this morning. Patriotic songs, protest songs, and hymns were sung. Anti-ICE chants were shouted.

Roseville residents are protesting ICE and standing up for their immigrant neighbors on corners throughout Roseville today. Small groups of people of all ages, including children, are popping up with signs all over the city since this morning, despite the frigid weather.

1000 people from around the metro attended a Monarca Upstander training in Roseville on Saturday Jan. 10. Afterwards, 150 locals from Roseville met to organize. Observers report ICE agents at Roseville hotels, Walmart, parks, and up and down Rice Street in recent days.

When Covid caused the cancellation of thousands of blood drives, a local church in Roseville stepped up to open their doors to the Red Cross. Since 2020, Corpus Christi has hosted 50 blood drives and collected over 2,000 units of blood.
