'To grow up a queer girl in the Ireland of that time is to pass through a series of small annihilations. Taylor writes those annihilations with exceptional power.'

This article on #LOTE has long been a passion project of mine. I can’t express how grateful I am to the brilliant Sarah Sharpe at JISS/Aberdeen for making time/space for (as I was then) unaffiliated ECRs to develop their research and make that idea a thing. jiss.aberdeenunipress.org/article/411/...

The Big Day is a picture book about marriage equality (and giants!) and it makes me so happy seeing it out in the world doing good right now.
🌷Here are May's newly published inclusive children's books that are here to brighten your bookshelf! 📚🏳️‍🌈 As we get ready to celebrate Pride, there's no better time to share stories that uplift love, identity, and belonging.
