Holy fucking shit.

S2S3 Severance is some of the best visual storytelling I've witnessed in a very long time.

Something clicked in me today.

I cannot fit into a box all the time.

I can when I need to but I also need to stop trying to worrying so much when I don’t or can’t fit.

And I need to redirect that energy to a better use of what time I have left.

Let my freak flag fly or fry.

I'm 12K words into a book that encapsulates how B2B brands can build a marketing and content engine that sustainably grows mindshare in a category and effectively captures demand in the market.

At my current rate of progress, the first draft will be done in a month or two.

"Up to the 20th century, reality was everything humans could touch, smell, see, and hear.

Since the initial publication of the chart of the electromagnetic spectrum, humans have learned that what they can touch, smell, see, and hear is less than one-millionth of reality."

Apple’s iconic 1984 commercial, once a powerful symbol of resistance, is now just a sad reminder of what used to be.

Imagine being able to take all your Tweets and whatnot from your account and just transferring them to another platform.

I dream about that often.

Currently watching Daybreak (1993) and realizing my 13-year-old self loved this movie because I had a crush on Moira Kelly.

If Tarintino doesn’t use Adriano Celentano’s “Prisencolinensinainciusol” in an utterly ridiculous and violent scene before he retires, I’ll be disappointed.

Can’t wait for the people with the memory of Dory forget who kickstarted the TikTok ban give credit to the person who supposedly saves TikTok.

Nobody: (absolutely silent, no one says anything)

Me: Elmo’s “Happy Dance” and MGMT’s “Kids” would make a banger of a mashup.

So folks who’ve watched the first episode of Severance season 2, what’s your take on Helly?

“A night gardener?”

I was waiting for “… in the winter?”

Hey, this is kind of silly, but my mom's house burned down a while ago, and I learned some things I thought might help folks? Keep in mind, this is for stuff you are able to salvage.

What does a preschooler's choice between one marshmallow now and two later have to do with marketing? A lot, actually.

7 episodes in and this has been the most delightful Star Wars experience since the original trilogy.

I really hope they stick the landing.
Dude. Skeleton Crew is awesome.

I hope it continues to be.

I need a good novel to read.

My taste is all over the place. I just like the escape of a gripping story.

Frantically checking in with everyone I know back home to make sure they weren’t killed in a terrorist attack isn’t a good way to kick off the new year. 🥺🤞🏻

Harrison Ford’s acting in Shrinking is his best ever.

And that season finale deserves an Emmy.

I’m still not sure how to make BlueSky work for me.

The character limit stifles complexity, nuance, and big words.

The lack of algorithm, while a bonus in so many ways, makes my feed stale.

Any suggestions?

“Shrinking” is probably Harrison Ford’s best work.

Man, marketing effectiveness experts need to realize the empirical research forced on advertising and marketing basically a very small subset of media theory and studies which is itself a small part of human psychology and sociology.
