I had a couple of friends looking and even moving to another country when this administration started due to fear of what this it would do. At the time I thought they were exaggerating. Now it doesn’t seem that crazy at all

Take a moment to really think about where your food comes from. I prefer foods that come from fields and trees rather than slaughterhouses. Vegan for the animals. 🌱☮️

In going to keep this short and sweet. The #1 cause of death in the United States is heart disease and it’s totally preventable. The diet with the strongest scientific evidence for preventing heart disease is a whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) diet. There’s no steak, poultry nor whole fat milk on it.

There’s a lawsuit arguing the McRib does not have pig rib meat. Instead it has pig shoulder, heart, stomach, and tripe. How soon do you realize that all of those are BODY parts of an animal that was abuse and exploited to make a sandwich. We can and should do better for animals
