I guess he doesn't know that the only reason a doctor repeats a test is to check for improvement or worsening of a condition. He certainly isn't improving
During his first term, countless psychologists and psychotherapists affirmed that Desperate Donny is unfit for office. This was echoed by dozens of GOP national security experts and leaders. So when Trump has to keep taking cognitive tests, you know we need to invoke the 25th.
