If it was a legitimate use of force, why not welcome an impartial review that would exonerate the officers?

I hate that our Congress just allows this. Completely unchecked. They might as well just go home.

Can elected democrats who are sitting US senators and representatives please stop just saying “aw, shucks. What can we do?” when the executive branch violates the constitution? That would be great.

There’s no justification for shooting someone ten times in the back.

There’s no justification for shooting someone ten times in the back.

The debate about what Alex Pretti did or didn’t do is irrelevant.

The agents committed murder.

It wasn’t a “bad shoot”. It was a killing

If you need further proof it ain’t about what they claim it’s about…illegal immigration is significantly higher in Texas than Minnesota. And now we have this:

48 Texans charged in nationwide $14.6 billion healthcare fraud takedown
48 Texans are among 324 individuals nationwide indicted in a massive health care fraud crackdown. These schemes involve over $14.6 billion in alleged losses to federal health care programs.

I love calling Jefferies a “Democrat Leader.” It sums up the entire party that HE is considered a leader.
Jefferies:

All you and Schumer do is talk and write stern letters.

Put Republicans on record as either supporting terrorizing and murdering people or not.

Stop talking about impeaching Noem and DO IT!

I saw someone else post: there’s a difference between bipartisanship and complicity. The democrats today are just exercising complicity. They just need to resign or change their affiliation to republican

So there’s demonstration that takes place weekly in Boise, the Idaho capital. People walk through the Capitol building openly carrying. It’s not a protest. Just Showing they can. It’s amazing to think about this and compare it to how anti-gun some republicans are now post Alex Perriti

Funny how we haven’t heard anything from Mike Johnson in days (weeks?). I’m sure he is not aware of what has transpired since then.

My prediction: ICE is going to kick in the wrong door soon and be met by someone legally defending their home. Castle doctrine-style. What tales will they tell about that person when the bloodbath ends?

it's crazy that federal officers can just mag-dump someone and the media will still report it as "officers shot a suspect". it stops being "shot" when you empty your magazine into a corpse.

Now that the admin and its cheerleaders have backed off from saying Pretti brandished a gun, they're saying he approached the officers and thus interfered with them.

BUT as CNN notes, the feds approached Pretti. It's clear as day on tape, doesn't require seeing some small movement in a scuffle.

Serious question: why are ICE armed at all? Their job is mostly administrative. They’re not law enforcement. Why are they even armed?

As with the Good shooting, if everything was proper and the use of force was justified, why refuse to let the state officials or the DOJ investigate? If you were in the right, wouldn’t you want to let the facts speak for themselves and exonerate you?
January 25, 2026 at 4:29 PM
Let’s accept their narrative. Let’s imagine Pretti was a deranged, terrorist. A lunatic. Screaming “I’m gonna kill all you ICE MFers!” Just pretend. So, they got him on the ground, disarmed him…and then shot him. Even in their warped reality…it’s STILL excessive force. It’s still MURDER.
January 25, 2026 at 3:58 PM
Correction for all media: Alex Pretti was unarmed when he was shot. ICE had already removed the weapon that he was legally carrying. He was on the ground, unarmed, and they shot him in the back. Watch the videos. There is no way to justify this.
