Our Ontario Human Rights system is in trouble.
If a trial were delayed for nearly 4 years, there would be outrage. And yet today, I wrote to the Human Rights Tribunal with a similar delay.
Sadly, this is not unique, our admin systems are struggling, and Ontarians are paying the price.
