Generating art with AI without consent is plagiarism, period. It's done enough destruction to the art world and creative industry. If an artist builds their own unique AI tools, then sure, it could be acceptable.

Spotify is a design problem. Do you design it fairly and then write the laws, or the other way around? The design solution of the store isn't finished. It's about recreating the experience of visiting Tower Records where there is organic exploration rather than being constantly fed suggestions.
