Rasisalai United 3 Nakhonsi United 0
Thai League 2
Crowd: 1,029
Ticket: 60 THB (£1.40)

Late drama, as table-topping Rasisalai, without a win in three games, were drawing 0-0 in the 86th minute, scored three times, while second-placed Police Tero were getting pumped 4-1 away to Chiangmai United.

That’s what I call ingenuity from my wife.

The mosquito net we’ve bought for guests staying on father’s veranda is being utilised so the mango syrup is protected while it hardens before being made into sweets.

Massive massive decision in the Thai League 2 promotion race. Honny straight red for Tero. Suspended including the game against Rasisalai.

Silly petulance. Didn’t really merit a red but will take it wearing my Sisaket goggles.

Sisaket United 2 Chiangmai United 0
Thai League 2
👥 1,413 🎟️80 THB

A new hero in Sisaket as Adolph Koudakpo, the Aussie striker on loan from Kanchanaburi, headed home from a corner, rounded the keeper to score, and saw a shot nearly snap the crossbar. All this after being more than unconvincing.

There are not many football grounds, if any, around the world where you can arrive at the game by monorail over a river valley, where the turnstiles are just along from the entrance to the local zoo.
