Walking in Waikiki tonight I was 3x forced into a traffic filled road by sidewalk construction. I am absolutely convinced Waikiki (and all of Honolulu) needs congestion pricing and this is a hill I will die on. Would be such a game changer for tourists and locals alike. #comgestionpricing
