I made both books at home, and they're designed "mimeo-style" in letter-sized, side-stapled booklets (100 lb card stock covers).

I've been sitting on these two manuscripts for too long, and am very happy to have finalized them and put them out there.

I hope you'll check them out.

My new chapbook, TRAVIS, is available for pre-order (in case you have any interest).

It's a collection of prose poems that “looks into the mirror of TAXI DRIVER’s Travis Bickle, presenting a montage of fact and fiction from inside the American nightmare.”

You can read more at the link in reply 🖤

In 2023, Scorsese said, "As we know now, tragically, it’s a norm that every other person is like Travis Bickle.” In these poems, I'm thinking about lone wolf figures, shooters, assassins--as well as a declining empire that rules via pornographic nightmare. "An eye turns on as imagination dies."

One thing I've noticed is that Bluesky is a lot more rightwing/centrist when it comes to discussing Palestine.

There isn't much pushback to the gross Lib spin here. Too many people who should know better are falling in line with the 'the left is antisemitic' ADL type line.
