I'm happy I wrote that paper because it was bothering me (and so many others), but sad to see that this kind of language persists and keeps getting past reviewers and editors.

Very proud of this research on how viewing angle (side, front, etc) impacts BSL comprehension. Excellent work by the whole team (Bodo Winter, Diar Abdlkarim) but most of the credit needs to go to the fabulous Freya Watkins
