The degradation to Medicare is starting. Pre-authorizations previously not done will now be required. Pre-auths are one of the tools Insurance companies use to deny coverage and deny needed health services. So Medicare decides, not your doctor.

That’s backwards. Why in hell is an employer saddled with the hassle of providing insurance? If they are “pro-business” they should remove that burden from businesses and put everyone on Medicare.
