I am infinitely happier being too offline than I was when I lived on twitter/ig. I still get the fomo and feel like for my career, I "should" be posting and building an online presence... But I can't emphasize enough how good it feels to not be pulling the slot machine refresh lever all the time.

I had no clue this is what people meant by "warm ups". Like, a whole routine? Each part specific and functional? Dang.
