Modest proposal: All the developers who want to use genAI pool all their copyrighted assets and IP into a database and train the AI on that. Then they will all be able to benefit from ripping off each other, fully consensually. Think they'll go for it?
I cannot stress this enough: this is not possible
in a literal technological sense: you cannot train an AI and expect even comprehensible results with under ~1 million pieces of data, nobody can supply all that with the variance needed. You can only achieve it through wanton scraping
