please dispel the idea that when you get a "serious" diagnosis like bipolar or schizophrenia that people are lining up to give you care and resources. most mental health pros won't even see us. there's nothing out there for ANYONE and if you think the most marginalized have it better...? sorry. no

Many #children with #autism are non-verbal, so if a child knocks on your door and holds out their blue #pumpkin, just know that many won’t talk or say trick or treat. Don’t take it as rude; they're just trying to enjoy #Halloween like everyone else.
