Und was macht Forscher:in am freien Tag? Erstmal ca. 4h unterwegs sein, um nach Bochum, meiner Kindheits-Heimat zu kommen. Denn da lebt noch meine Mutter, die leider schwer an einer weit verbreiteten neurodegenerativen Erkrankung leidet - #Parkinson.

There were 14 separate, weather-related disasters causing at least $1 billion in damages between January and June in the #USA, compared to an average of three billion-dollar disasters each year in the 1980s. There are now around 20 each year.

Unter anderem wegen solchem Geschludere bei dem Berichten von Umfragen brauchen wir ein Statistik-Grundverständnis für alle!
Uff, was für ein manipulatives Framing. Die Kritik richtete sich gegen die Pauschalisierung in der Aussage von Merz, nicht gegen Kritik an konkreten Problemen. Kein Student im BA würde mit so einer verkürzen Interpretation durchkommen. Das könnt ihr besser @zdfheute.de.web.brid.gy
Überraschend, dass das ZDF-Politbarometer diese Umfrage so verzerrt darstellt: Statt nach der Originalaussage von Merz zu fragen, die tagelang diskutiert wurde, wird in der Umfrage seine späte Rechtfertigung ergänzt. In der Grafik wird das aber gar nicht erwähnt. So geht Framing.
