Comme la dernière M.A.J de bluesky permet d’épingler un post, j’en profite pour partager cette arnaque à la location de 2021 et qui avait fait pas mal de victimes. Je vais donc rappeler les bases : ne JAMAIS verser d’argent à une « agence » avant d’avoir signé le bail et visité les lieux.
Capture d’écran d’une arnaque à la location datant de 2021. La personne à l’origine de l’arnaque répond à sa victime par mail et lui réclame des documents pour le dossier de solvabilité et détaille les conditions de la location. Quelques indices permettent de déceler l’arnaque : pas de détail sur les charges, dépôt de garantie plus élevé que ce que la loi autorise. Capture d’écran d’une réponse de l’arnaqueur à sa victime. Il lui propose un rendez-vous de visite et conditionne cette visite an virement par avance du dépôt de garantie. Ce qui est totalement illicite.

Au passage, sur le sujet de la grossophobie : c'est une discrimination mais elle n'est pas reconnue au niveau légal.

une plage de sable blond, qui semble être vue depuis la mer (en vrai c'est depuis une digue) au lever du soleil. La mer a pris une couleur bleu pastel très claire, l'écume qui se brise sur le sable est éclairée par les rayons roses du soleil. Le sable a pris une teinte cuivrée. Sur la plage, on voit huit goélands adultes et juvéniles dont un est en train de marcher sur le sable humide. Un neuvième goéland est en train de les rejoindre en volant, on le voit de dos sur la gauche de l'image, ses ailes déployées, il est hors focus.
