Ive been cutting down on phone use significantly lately. On Reddit I only use forums that serve to ask and answer questions, I’ve stopped playing clash of clans, and I only use the following tab on Bluesky. I use my phone less than half as often as I did before. Hard decision but it has paid off.

Conservatory requires me to visualize written scores in my head (for now just melodies) which when I never actually have done it is really difficult so you’re just sitting there looking at the paper doing this

Ive been playing smash ultimate again and I’ve found that this game is incredibly good at consistently giving me an extremely fast heartbeat even though there are no stakes at all. I suppose if I ever get diagnosed with low blood pressure, I’ll at least have an easy cure for it
