Als we deze keuze niet drastisch maken, met bijbehorend budget, dan gaan we later met veel pijn terugdenken aan dit moment. Dit is het moment voor de overheid om regie te nemen en te gaan voor de enige echte oplossing: bouw het zelf.

Willen we een betere en meer betrouwbare overheid, dan moeten we IT eindelijk eens echt serieus gaan nemen en het zelf gaan doen in plaats van uitbesteden

Ik maak al 10 jaar een plan voor mijn jaar en volg de stappen uit GRIP. Begint met een uitgebreide terugblik en reflectie, en via een brainstorm mondt het uit in thema's voor de komende kwartalen en concrete doelen voor het eerste kwartaal. Elk jaar feest.

Random thought: in our product discussions at Rise we often refer to the ‘clippy effect’, meaning that offering unprompted input is tricky to get right. Could it be that this caused the industry to make mostly flat, boring and generic products?
