So I have to be at somewhere in London for 13:30 tomorrow, I can easily make it if I get the 12:30 fast train but as I don’t trust trains I’ll get one 45 minutes earlier just so I can get into London early and have time to quickly eat and saunter over to where I need to be, why am I like this

Ok I’m not going to make it to the gym, I’m not going back out there! But I will do a mini workout with my 5kg dumbbells I bought so not totally lazy. Mainly want my arms to look as good as they can for my works early Xmas event tomorrow

Missed going to the gym early as was deep in work so I’ll have to go after it gets quiet again and probably freeze in the process

No idea what is causing my connection issues, if I connect my laptop to my phone hotspot it works fine, everything else is working on my WiFi, but my laptop won’t work on my WiFi very strange

Definitely not feeling today, didn’t want to get up this morning, and now my work laptop is playing some silly game where it says there is no connection when my phone is happily on the wifi, oh joy

Finally made it back to the gym, definitely missed it, slightly lighter session on doctor’s orders but good to be back on track

So just under a week since I was in A&E with dangerously high blood pressure, it’s come right down so stress reduction and additional medication has done the trick, now I need to get on back on top of my weight loss journey to improve my health further

I do like Strictly, and definitely liking this years dancers, but the funniest thing is the charade that it’s filmed tonight, my mum follows a spoiler on social media somewhere so always knows who is going by about midnight on Saturday 🤣
