Cycling, camping, cycling and camping, SAABs. Bit of everything really.

A bit left of Castro
lol.

I love it although I don’t know any of their other songs.

I’m sure there’s songs I can’t stand that you think are great!

How can you hate “Whole of the Moon”?! It’s fantastic! It’s a love song to Prince

I’ve got a Terra Nova Velo 30, which is a 30 litre back pack and plenty big enough for school stuff, also has proper bracing and mesh to make an attempt at ventilation, it’s really awesome. Alternatively…

Why don’t you wear a helmet? You’re twice as likely to get a head injury walking to the pub than you are cycling there.

Do you also support drivers and pedestrians wearing helmets? They’re more likely to get a head injury than a cyclist is.

You don’t like the idea of having your doctors, dentist and shops within a 15 minute walk? You want to have to drive everywhere?

I’m not in the US so I’m just wondering…which of those things is the illegal bit?!

In bike vs car collisions, the driver is at fault 98% of the time

There’s a top gear episode on it and actually it wasn’t that bad. If I recall, it was updated with a quaife differential and that made a big difference (I might be wrong).

The 147 is one of the most amazing cars ever. I had just the 1.6, but it was truly incredible

After my ride on Sunday - 6.5 hrs total with 4.5 hrs in showers and 2 hours of solid heavy rain, I’m looking at new overshoes. Fed up of the rain.

No, because you won’t want to get your new wheels dirty.

Some lovely new gloves or shoe covers or shoes or bibs…

Something that will make you toasty warm outside

It’s a false equivalence. A “rude” cyclist doesn’t ring a bell before they overtake. A “rude” driver gets too close with 3,000kg of metal moving at 50km/hr where one pothole, one manhole cover or one bit of road paint means that the cyclist is under the wheels and dead.

Not the same thing, is it?

Cars do kill people. In the UK ~35,000 people a year are killed from air pollution from cars. Just like a gun, that’s the car being used completely lawfully, following all rules, exactly as it was intended to be used. Cars kill people.

I had a 1987 900 Turbo 8v, front handbrake and turbo lag that was measured in minutes, but it was beautiful.

Black, 2 door with beige velour sports seats. It was amazing. I sold it for £600 right before the prices went up.

Sold my 9000 right before prices went up too.

*now that is stunning.

I too am not a fan of modern BMWs, but that is beautiful.
