I originally designed Meta & Nilla in 2004! That means 2024 marks 20 years of these two dorks! I dunno the exact date I created either of them, but Meta was designed first, probably two or three months before Nilla was. I gotta try to draw 'em a bunch before the year ends!

Man. He was only 53. What a loss. Super Broly is one of my top 10 or 15 favorite films, period. RIP
RIP to anime director Tatsuya Nagamine. One of the finest adventure anime directors of the modern era. He helped breath new life into long-running series and made them feel altogether vital again. The current One Piece boom wouldn't have been possible in the same way without him.

most reviews I saw of Katamari were like "yeah, it's Katamari, it's good but it doesn't really innovate" but let me tell you, putting dash on a button and telling you what score you need for the next rank are pretty huge for me

Whenever I watch some YouTube compilation of like, title screens or battle themes or super attacks or whatever, if they have that hideous pixel-smoothing emulator filter turned on I feel so betrayed. Nooo! Let me take back my click!
