The problem with starting as your favorite yoshi in Yoshi's Story is if you lose them, your gut reaction to choosing your second favorite is "wait... I don't want to lose you too...." so you end up choosing your least favorite and praying you fail again to feel vindicated in your decision.

Dan and I are testing the new secrets in Isles of Sea and Sky asynchronously, so to save time I'm writing out spoilers that he can use in order.

Seeing them written out, in some cases very long instructions, gives a new perspective. It makes me VERY excited to watch people figure this stuff out!

This is a tribute to Peter Benchley, author of 'Jaws', who dedicated his life to reversing the unexpected negative impact his book had on the image of sharks.

An allegory of the "Jaws" movie poster that caused damage and negative stereotypes to the image of sharks that persist to this day (I'm glad it's slowly changing, but it's still too slow to be considered forgivable). Now with a reversal of roles, with the human victim replaced by a simple wild shark and the terrible stereotyped shark replaced by a monstrous human skull seeming to want to devour the shark (this is the reality, we kill thousands of sharks every year, many of them killed for irrational reasons, who is the real cruel killer?)

These aren't the final colors, To avoid the anxiety of thinking about colors, I do this fill before anything else, it also helps me distribute the reduced palette so that the same colors aren't too close together.
