Tikka came, smurgled, and is now falling asleep as she slowly sinks into her favorite fuzzy blanket. Loki is partial to that blanket also. We call the blanket 'kitty fly paper' - lay it out and you'll always catch a kitty.

New year, old tech. Talking with my niece and her boyfriend over the holidays, the subject of old audio media and computers came up. We invited them over to see if a 40+ year old Commodore 64 setup still worked. Except for a couple glitches, it still does! #C64 #classiccomputer

Taking stock of energy gen/usage for 2024:

-14,635 kWhs of solar generated energy last year

-9,774 kWhs of usage by an all electric home, 2,216 for home EV charging, with 2,645 of surplus

Thanksgiving EV trip report: 640 miles round-trip across the Appalachians in WV this past Sat/Sun. All the EV challenges - temps from the 10s to 30s, snow, wind, and mountainous interstates on a holiday weekend. Everything worked, no waiting for Superchargers, and no issues. The end.
