Mathematical people!

If N is an integer and 1/N gives a non-recurring decimal fraction ending in 5 (e.g., 1/8=0.125, 1/400=0.0025), is N always equal to ((10^X) * (2^Y)) for some integers X>=0 and Y>0? Are there any Ns that do not obey this?

Using three similar shapes, surround an area that forms a triangle. Then using three more the same, form a quadrilateral, then a pentagon etc. How far can you go?
