The Christmas Island Shrew, Australia’s only native shrew & one of Re:wild’s most wanted lost small mammals, has been declared Extinct. The shrew had only been documented 4 times during the past 120 years.

It’s called the Barbados Threadsnake, and it had only been seen a handful of times before.
