Call your reps. It's one act that we can all take no matter where we are. Especially GOP reps. They need to feel the pressure and know they won't be reelected if they don't do something. I call mine almost every day. They need to feel the pain as bad as we are, if not worse.

As a US Merchant Marine Officer, I am fucked without safe, reliable NOAA data. The safety of millions of passengers a year and the hundreds of millions of dollars value of the ship, are not safe without reliable NOAA data.
