My Gundam is coming along well but the minor inconsistencies in printed pieces means some of the parts are loose and I'm trying to figure out how to fix that without reprinting or glue. If anyone has suggestions I'm up for learning. #Gundam #gunpla #3dprinting

The parts aren't specifically designed to be easy to print so it's been quite a process to get them all printed.

After a couple failed attempts, my first piece is printed and it looks great!
I'm hoping to get some great pieces because the other 3 I've seen printed seemed sub par so I really want to take my time and get good pieces to work with.
I'm using thin layers to minimize layer lines.

I have recently become a Gundam fan, but man, they really need to get their stuff together. Trying to watch the UC timeline in chronological order seems like a monumental task. Just trying to find all the series is a task in itself!

I've got my Vos armor almost done. I'm working on a way to latch the two halves together. Right now I'm working with this.

Thought you guys might like a peek at the process for my upcoming X-Men of Apocalypse: Wolverine cover! As you can see I keep things super loose in the early stages. I really like to drop some grayscale shadows over the line art to help see the forms. Slap on some very rough color to prove out the basic colors and lighting. Blast some hype music the entire time. And PRESTO! I’ll try to make some more detailed process posts for the next few. It’s surreal drawing these guys after so many years (decades) 😭. My new project came in the mail today. It's a 1984 Kenner Ecto 1. I should have taken some before photos because it looked like it'd been sitting in a barn since the 80s.

I have to do a couple adjustments but the Pizza Thrower base turned out cool! I started the project because I couldn't find a model so I had to make it myself. I'll share it soon as it's done so no one else has that problem.

One of the reporters helicopters in the Saiyan saga looks alot like an Enterprise shuttle from TNG and has the tag "NCC-1701-A" on it!
Was floored when I saw that this time!

Yeeeeeeesssss. This turned out way better than I thought it would. I modified a chest armor made for Anakin. But it wouldn't be Quinlan's without the triangle at the top so I was able to modify it to match Vos's and it really looks like it belongs there!
