Podcasting is now twenty years old. And that means shows that ran for years are now just a bunch of URLs that resolve to nothing.

Sometimes, someone uploads a full set of mp3s to archive.org, and that’s great! But you can’t easily listen the same way as your other podcasts.

What if you could?

Super Mario Kart (1992, Nintendo) - SNES

Sharp Pixels vs. MiSTer FPGA composite via Sony KV-14M10

Officially under a week before the Switch 2! I’m mixed on it, but mostly I’m just excited to be alive to see another new Nintendo console. What a privilege so many didn’t get.

I've just sold a sealed copy of F-Zero on eBay which will pay for the Mario Kart World Switch 2 bundle, Pro Controller 2 and Donkey Kong, with some change leftover. So there's my guilt from pre-ordering last night gone. Thanks, Nintendo!

I think it might be time to break the emergency glass, and list my sealed PAL copy of F-Zero for SNES.

Hi folks, the website I originally wrote this for ended up getting to get way into crypto and advertising gambling and was nuked from the internet after getting sued.

I think it is some of my best writing and would appreciate if people could share it now it has a new home.

Donkey Kong '94 is one of my favourite games of all-time. Mario's Picross is right up there too, as the OG Picross.

This games industry bloodbath is because of corporate mismanagement and pure, unrestrained avarice. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

New blog!

For sentimental reasons, I replayed Alien Breed: Tower Assault, a special game from my youth, and found myself immersed in its open-world survival horror all over again!

Treated myself to a Steam Deck OLED recently, and it's the coolest piece of tech I've bought in a long time. So comfortable to use. I've built a decent game collection already, thanks to the Winter sale.
