As the Lead Democrat of the U.S. Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, I completely oppose President Trump’s threats against the sovereignty of a NATO ally. He is doing more damage to this important alliance than any attack from outside ever could.

New CNN poll brutal for Trump

-58% call Trump's first year a failure
-55% say that Trump’s policies have worsened economic conditions
-64% say he hasn’t gone far enough in trying to reduce the price of goods

Trump is a failed president.

The independence of the Federal Reserve might sound wonky — but it's critically important to our economy's health.

Trump must stop pressuring the Fed, or he risks raising costs even higher.

Trump is targeting the nonpartisan Chair of the Federal Reserve because Powell won’t bend to his demands.

Trump’s political interference is an abuse of power and a threat to our economy.

American families can’t afford more of Trump’s economic sabotage.

Kristi Noem is lying. We all saw the video.

She must resign. And this heinous killing must be criminally investigated to the full extent of the law.

If Donald Trump invades Greenland, it would be the end of NATO as we know it and a devastating blow to the historic alliances that keep Americans safe.

We must not betray our allies for the petty ambitions of one man.

Five years ago today, Donald Trump incited a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol in an effort to overturn a free and fair election. More than 140 law enforcement officers were injured, and five officers lost their lives. (1/4)

Tim Walz is such a good and decent man. And seeing what has been done to him stirs a rage in me so strong that I can’t really grapple with it at times. I only know one way forward which is a promise to use that rage to bring about change and a return to decency.
Walz: "This is a concerted effort to try to destroy the president's opponents, to destroy the rule of law. And it became apparent to me that he was going to do that with me being there, and I just feel along with my family that it's the best decision for Minnesota."

An overwhelming majority of the American people don't want to see millions of our neighbors lose their health care.

It's time for Republicans in Congress to care more about their own communities than they do about appeasing Donald Trump.

For nearly every person I speak to, their top concern is health care.

They know that while Republicans gave billionaires more tax breaks for Christmas, millions of working Americans are getting their premiums raised, or are losing their coverage entirely.

1. US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee put all American Jews in danger with his decision to meet with convicted spy and traitor Jonathan Pollard.

If you track Neo-Nazis as I do for hours every single day, you know this meeting inflamed them and further radicalized them into Jew hatred.

Republicans in Congress, including the so-called moderates, voted to cut health care for millions of Americans this summer.

Now, they have a new scheme.

Instead of fixing the crisis they created, their new bill would actually kick even more Americans off their health care.

Enjoyed speaking to a packed house in Scranton this weekend. Met and spoke with so many great Pennsylvanians who care deeply about our country and are worried about the way things are going. It’s time to finally make government work for them, and not the billionaires.

I have a hard time believing that the same Republicans who voted this summer to cut health care for millions of Americans are suddenly concerned with the cost of health care.

The only thing they are offering for Americans is political theatre.

The president was in Pennsylvania the other night raving about how we should be getting our kids less for Christmas.

He's completely out of touch.

It's not a radical opinion that Americans should be able to afford their necessities and afford gifts for their loved ones.

Trump called the cost-of-living crisis a "con," but now he's in Pennsylvania claiming he's lowering costs.

His empty promises are the real con — and Pennsylvanians aren't buying it.

This is the same guy raising prices with his tariff taxes and taking health care from Americans.

Trump said he'd lower costs "on day one."

Well, here we are a year later, and prices have only gone up.

Instead of making life easier, Trump is imposing a national sales tax on Americans through his tariffs.

His promises were nothing but a con job.
