I don’t disagree. I love Halifax (I’m on year 15 here), but I’m reminded how great Montreal is when I go back and can grab something to eat and simply go to a neighbourhood park, sit, relax, and eat.

While the city certainly has issues, this is something that my hometown of Montreal does extremely well - the parks and green spaces in neighborhoods all over the city. Virtually every neighbourhood has at minimum a small green space that anyone can enjoy.

Yes, that’s fair. I sometimes wish I had been born at a time when you were oblivious to what was happening all over the world at any given moment and didn’t find out about it until long after.

I’ve said this before, but I’ve had a longstanding belief that the world is no worse than it’s ever been. It only seems worse because social media distorts our perception & we find out instantly all of the terrible things that have always been happening.
That belief is being challenged these days.

Hated - and I mean HATED - the Sopranos ending at first, but have come to appreciate its brilliance over the years.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

Unfortunately, the Warehouse Market is also moving to Richmond Yards in the spring, they announced it in October along with Espresso 46.
