I'm watching Netflix's Turning Point: 9/11 episode 4 and the account of billions of reconstruction dollars spent in Afghanistan. Nowhere was any of that money invested in women and children, instead they spent it on military uniforms and security. Have we learned nothing from Nordic countries?
