PRIOR to the release of the Epstein files, oligarchs were saying: “I think I only met him once at a conference. Pretty sure that was it.”

AFTER the release, we learn they were writing emails like: “Awesome party, Jeffrey! Did you get that $100 million I wired to you for the Russian crypto startup?"
