@reev0.bsky.social
I have a very old profile picture.
Professional in the field of reflected sound of underground spirits; but more interested in music, films and a nice pint
I've never seen it so quiet but always had great service even when it's heaving. It's great.

The layers are very nice and easy to use now I've seen them. I wonder if it's more intuitive/useful to have a separate "brewery taproom" layer rather than just guide entries and breweries (are there any that don't make the guide as entries?), but just a thought.

Looks great! Just checking my locals: is Squeeze Bar & Rooftop a Guide venue, or what Dalston Kraft has been updated to in the underlying map? And I like the colour coding, but not all breweries are colour coded as breweries (eg Great Beyond, Werewolf). (Nice to meet you in Gravity Well yesterday.)

One of the reasons I love @letterboxd.social is that they realise what the year is.

Do they have separate queues on Saturday morning, or just the one big one?

@willhawkes.bsky.social @beerguidelondon.bsky.social I visited the reopened The Fox on Kingsland Road. Not what it once was beer-wise. 16 taps (not all on but it was still WIP generally) and no cask. I had a good pint of Pale Fire and there was a Lost & Grounded, but little else of interest.

Hey @accuweather.com , have your minutecast and your hourly forecasts had a falling out and stopped talking to each other?

(I'm Team Minutecast right now, it is 100% raining.)

I think I would buy a lot more every year if you had narrative previews on the site - e.g. first 10 pages, get me hooked - instead of 3 select pages. Just a well-meaning suggestion...

Thank you. I hope it will see print at some point, I realised it's a year since I ordered (not your fault)

@kjd42.bsky.social hi, I don't want to put you on the spot, but given the issues with Unbound at the moment, can you say what is the status of your book with them?

"...and for the math nerds, his 1,235th brewery was Fibonacci Brewing in Cincinnati, Ohio". 👏👏👏

Two sets down, then two match points down... This is quite the escape from Alcaraz.

I saw a few examples in Milan, Bologna and Florence last week (all of which tasted good and fresh)

First time seeing @hamishhawk.bsky.social, touring his excellent album from last year. Very good show - his clear baritone glides through clever lyrics, and he knows when to take the energy up a level.

IN BRUGES was released 17 years ago this week. Acclaimed as one of the great black comedies of the century and the film that kick started the McDonagh/Farrell/Gleeson triumvirate, the making of story is as beautiful as the city it’s set in…

Go and see this, it's one of the two most original and creative films I saw last year (with The Substance, what a double bill that would be) - and the funniest by a mile. I'm going back for more.
are any of you from THE UK? Or Ireland? We are promoting a huge in-person tour there, that has 40+ screenings with Ryland in person, also beavers.

But if there’s only like, 3 Europeans following us here then we won’t spam about it

Tickets dates etc: linktr.ee/hundredsofbe...

Yes, but we were all asleep when you posted that... I'm very much looking forward to seeing it again
