Frank Ragnow is a super athlete who knows his body and his life better than anyone else possibly could, but I can't help but feel a little sad for him. He retired for a reason, and if the Lions' O Line wasn't having such a rough year I can't imagine he'd be coming back.

The Lions game was incredible and I didn't think today could get better but man, the Vikings doing their annual bed shit so early in the season instead of making us wait all year is a real cherry on top.

So the worst kept secret in the Premier League is finally official. Can't believe he remained on the team, actively playing, when we all knew what was going on. I love a lot of things about being an Arsenal fan but this has made it really hard to support the men's team recently.
