Yesterday I turned 42 and a tradition for me by me that I have continuously kept going is that it’s not about birthday wishes meaning that I send them out and I say what my wish is for other people in my life that I care about because I’m trying to pay attention to things going on in their lives.

Message for life, check in on your friends queer or otherwise. Don’t just open and invitation to be approached, go out of your way to be approachable and reach out. Sometimes, the people we call friends may want to have deeper conversations with us and they may not be sure how to do that.

For those who have suffered stroke and or heart attack or both, hopefully they are getting oxygen, it helps with recovering. If they give it to you in the hospital you need to have it at home.
