The bell is composed of a long since decomposed skull that seems to always be screaming. Despite its ghastly appearance, this piece is a fully functional musical instrument. This horn grants a +1 item bonus to Performance checks while playing music with it.

The skeletons begin to dance around you and play an oddly upbeat melody for 1 minute. The skeletons move with you when you move.
