Many of the young stars in this #NASAWebb image of NGC 1333 are surrounded by disks of gas and dust, which may eventually produce planetary systems. Our own Sun and planets formed inside a dusty molecular cloud like this 4.6 billion years ago.

Remember the eclipse back in April?

Since eclipses are rare I practiced camera settings and timing... then changed travel plans, watched the weather like a hawk, and ended up driving quite a bit. It all worked out. I'm proudest of this image and would love to do projects like this more often.
