There are two reasons I keep my passport current:
1) If I want to take a trip outside Canada to other nice countries.
2) If we (myself and other independent Canadians) have to do another "1812 mic-drop" and "visit" The White House in the next 4 years.

Public Services are services the public pays for. If they lose money, or break even, the services provided are paid by ALL who rely on the service.
Is the Military profitable? Food inspection? Justice system?

I watched the #OvalOffice meeting yesterday, live, and was happily surprised by the end of it.
It took us way longer to burn down The Whitehouse during the War of 1812. This time was much faster.

At the end of the federal campaign I heard about a #firefighter complaining he couldn't afford to live in #Ajax #Ontario, and was 34 living with his mom.
It's a big country, with different markets, needs, and opportunities.
"I want to be there", is the biggest housing problem.
